The Autumn term starts week commencing 19th September 2016 I am already taking booking and spaces are filling up fast. There will be some small changes to next years timetable. Further details coming soon.

The new term starts at Kingham Jewellery School 25th April 2016. Classes Monday evening 7:00pm - 9:00pm Tuesday morning 10:00am - 12:00pm Tuesday afternoon 1:30pm - 3:30pm all day is also available. Wednesday morning 10:00am - 12:00pm Thursday morning 10:00am - 12:00pm Thursday afternoon 1:30pm - 3:30pm all day is also available. Thursday evening 7:00pm - 9:00pm The courses run for 10 weeks and cost £145.00 If you would like to reserve a space please contact me directly. Kingham Jewellery School  are excited to announce that we will be moving to larger premises this term. We will remain in the same building at Langston Priory Workshop. The new space allows us to have dedicated working areas so we will be able to offer other specialised courses. Currently we are working very hard to get the workshop ready for the 14th September. Oxfordshire Artweeks 2015 Students & friends of Kingham Jewellery School have come together to create a collection of work for Artweeks. A varied selection of jewellery, glass, ceramics, printmaking and painting. We are very excited to be showing at The Ballroom, Asthall Manor. Artist include Kate Hopkins Searle - Ceramics. Kate is an English Ceramic Artist and creator of Glacé  Slippers. To be admired but never worn, Glacé  Slippers are elegantly sculpted and highly decorated works of art.  Liz  Hogarty - Painting. Liz's work speaks of the countryside, of natural forms and places. Most of my work is created in my studio, where I can explore my own feelings and interpretations of a subject without the literal references. Helen Slater - Glass.  Helen's artwork draws inspiration from the figurative and its perception within changing environments. This term we have been looking at anti clastic raising. A range of really lovely bangles and rings have been hammered, filed and polished into shape. Join us for this full day stack ring workshop. Learn how to form on a mandril, solder with a gas torch, cut with a piercing saw, file and polish. This course will cover all the basic metal working techniques used in the production of jewellery.  You will finish the day with three beautifully crafted rings all with a different finish; highly polished, oxidised and satin. This full day workshop costs just £50.00 plus the cost of the silver (usually around £7.00) Date June 14th Time 10.00 till 4.00 with a break for lunch. Cost £50.00

This year for the first time Kingham Jewellery School has put together a group exhibition for Artweeks 2014. The group includes students of Kingham Jewellery School along with jewellers who use the facilities at the school and Helen Slater glass artist. 

Summer term The new term starts week beginning 28th April  Monday evening 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Spaces available.  Tuesday morning (course currently full) Thursday morning 10.00 am to noon. Student work. Pink tourmaline granulation ring Spring term starts week beginning 13th January 2014 for 10 week courses. Both Tuesday and Thursday classes are now full. 2 new classes have been added for this term Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon. Tuesday evening class has been moved to Monday evening and spaces are still available on this course.
