Oxfordshire Artweeks 2015 Students & friends of Kingham Jewellery School have come together to create a collection of work for Artweeks. A varied selection of jewellery, glass, ceramics, printmaking and painting. We are very excited to be showing at The Ballroom, Asthall Manor. Artist include Kate Hopkins Searle - Ceramics. Kate is an English Ceramic Artist and creator of Glacé Slippers. To be admired but never worn, Glacé Slippers are elegantly sculpted and highly decorated works of art. Liz Hogarty - Painting. Liz's work speaks of the countryside, of natural forms and places. Most of my work is created in my studio, where I can explore my own feelings and interpretations of a subject without the literal references. Helen Slater - Glass. Student work. Pink tourmaline granulation ring Spring term starts week beginning 13th January 2014 for 10 week courses. Both Tuesday and Thursday classes are now full. 2 new classes have been added for this term Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon. Tuesday evening class has been moved to Monday evening and spaces are still available on this course.
